We are searching for our Pastor of Community Care and Discipleship, a pastoral, people-focused role for our church. We are looking for someone with a solid working knowledge of different types and methodology of discipleship as well as pastoral care ministry. This full time position will oversee the ministry areas that show the compassion of God and equip followers of Christ. We are seeking a pastor who loves to connect people and build relationships, is inspired by the image of God witnessed through each Villager, and has a heart desire to encourage and support others in their faith journey.

Compelled by the love of the Triune God, the Director of Youth & Their Families will prayerfully curate experiences, and programs for youth to follow Jesus, build spiritual friendships, and love others as themselves. The Director of Youth & Their Families will prayerfully rely on the Holy Spirit and work with the Pastor of Intergenerational Ministry & the Arts to help youth develop personal and communal relationships with God, spiritual friendships, intercultural and intergenerational community, growth in Christlikeness, and missional engagement and action in our world.

Depending on your desire and skills, you will assist with administrative projects that could include creating registration webforms, reserving rooms, managing spreadsheets, or simply researching the best books for an upcoming training.
