What to expect when attending a worship service.
- How can my kids participate in worship? During the 10:30am service, all middle and high school students gather for Youth Church, a service by students for students. 1st through 5th grade gather in our gym to worship, learn, and participate in activities in a group setting. PreK & Kindergarten kids engage with each other in their own classrooms through fun teaching videos and activities. Our Nursery staff are eager to meet and care for your littlest ones, birth to 3 years old. Our hosting team can escort you to classrooms locations once you arrive for the 10:30am service. More about kids at Village.
- How should I dress? Come as you are! Our community worships in a variety of styles. Casual clothes are welcome.
- Where should I park? Parking is available on the church campus. The North (upper) lot is directly connected to our front door and Worship Center (Sanctuary) lobby. The East (lower) lot connects to our our lower lobby. The South lot connects to South Village and is closest to our Chapel.
- Where do I go after I arrive? For the 8:15am service, our Chapel is the building with beautiful stained glass windows, located near our road sign. For the 10:30am service, the Sanctuary is on the second floor of the Worship Center building. Our hosting team is ready to greet you at both service with a welcome gift and will help you find a seat.
- What can I expect in a service? We are an intercultural community and are blessed to worship in many heart languages. You may see languages you don't know on the screen or sing with us in a language other than your own. Each week, we hear a message for about 30 minutes based in the Bible from our pastoral team. As our community grows, we want to know each other personally. You'll notice we enjoy a slightly longer than normal greeting time in the Sanctuary service. In the Chapel, we sit at round tables, participate in communal prayer, and take communion weekly.
- How long are services? The Chapel service is one hour and fifteen minutes. The Sanctuary service is an hour and a half.
- English isn't my preferred language, can I hear the teaching in my language? We offer live translation in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish at our 10:30am Sanctuary service. Stop by the tables in the lobby to pick up a translation device before the service.
