4-Month Journey into Spiritual Formation
Jesus didn’t hand his followers a reading list or schedule a class in a synagogue backroom. He invited them into a way of life—walked with them, ate with them, prayed with them. They learned by being with him.
Abide is built in that spirit. It’s a four-month journey of spiritual formation modeled on how Jesus formed disciples: slowly, relationally, in the ordinary flow of life.
This isn’t something extra to squeeze in. It’s a way to reframe the life you already live—from the inside out.
Rooted in ancient Christian traditions and shaped by time-tested rhythms of prayer, reflection, and presence, Abide includes:
- A shared Rule of Life to make space for God
- Weekly podcast conversations to explore ten “waypoints” on the trail
- Triads or pairs for honest reflection, encouragement, and mutual growth
- Spiritual checkpoints—personal meetings for prayerful listening and discernment
- A daily Kairos journal to notice and respond to God in real time
- Bi-weekly contemplative prayer prompts
- A private digital space to share insights, prayers, and encouragement
Each unit—called a waypoint—is like a bend in a mountain trail, inviting you to pause, notice, and continue with intention. Together, they form a path into deeper abiding.
If you're hungry not just to learn more about Jesus, but to become more like him, this is your invitation. Starts July 20.
