This week we begin a new series of sermons focusing on what Jesus expects of us as His disciples. We have spent the summer talking about the character of disciples – now we turn to consider the mission He is sending us on. As it turns out, Jesus is inviting us to join him on His mission – and to extend it into the very fabric of our everyday lives. In fact, if we are disciples of Jesus, we are – now – living on mission!
