Fay serves as the Admin Specialist to Lead Pastors at Village and is instrumental in carrying out ministry projects. Her role is to create and execute church wide ministry needs from administrative improvements to building church culture. Fay’s past professional career and active involvement in Village ministries led to her discernment to now working on Village ministry staff.
Family is important to Fay, as she enjoys spending time together as a family and staying connected to family members overseas. Fay, her husband and their three children live in the local area.
