HOT DOCS is an evidenced based best practices parent education program developed by University of Southern Florida. The mission of HOT DOCS is to educate parents with evidence based strategies, and support, as they teach their children and assist them developing in emotionally healthy ways so their children can thrive personally, socially and academically.
The 6 week class is designed to help parents of children birth-5 years develop positive parenting skills and addressing challenging behaviors by focusing on:
Problem-solving child behavior
Proactive and positive parenting strategies
Prevention tools for challenging behaviors
Individual plan development, feedback and coaching

Help your child to be successful at home and school
Help parents feel more confident and secure in raising your child
This course will be taught by Villager, Linda Sinclair, who is the Lead Trainer for HOT DOCS and parent development for Providence Hospitals.
