“Is Being Anxious Sin?”
Sundays, 12:30-1:30pm
If recent circumstances have you feeling disoriented and worried, you are not alone. Our Village Relational Mental Health Team is offering online support for people who would like to connect with others during this time of isolation.
Philippians 4:6 commands us: “Do not be anxious…” And yet the very same Apostle Paul, who authored that command, also wrote, in relation to his concern for friends he hadn’t heard from: “I couldn’t stand it…; I was afraid…” (1 Thess. 3:5).
Is it a sin to be anxious? We will be discussing this question, and welcoming your questions and comments.
To join our group hosted by experienced mental health therapists simply click here and fill out the short form. Instructions for how to join the online discussion will be sent to you.
