Beth Erickson

Beth Erickson grew up in the burbs of Beaverton. She cares for the people of Village like her own family and loves to watch God mold them into the best kinds of humans that radiate Christ’s love. She graduated from Multnomah University with a double major in Bible and Theology and Youth Ministry. She is passionate about discipling young people and encouraging them to change the world. The importance of multicultural ministry to her is poignantly summarized with these powerful words:

“I think it is one of the tragedies of our nation, one of the shameful tragedies, that 11 o’clock on Sunday morning is one of the most segregated hours, if not the most segregated hour, in Christian America. I definitely think the Christian church should be integrated and in a church that stands against integration, and has a segregated body, is standing against the Spirit and the teachings of Jesus Christ.” – Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr, April 17, 1960
