Ministries at Village

Children
Ministry

God has blessed us with the unique, rewarding, and challenging task of raising up the next generation to know Him. We believe that God actively pursues the heart of children––as it is children who are often the most spiritually sensitive. We want to make the most of every opportunity to put children in the path of the Divine.

Global
Outreach

God loves all people, and we want everyone to have the opportunity to worship Jesus Christ and to experience His love personally. Life Groups

Life Groups are the heart and soul of Village; small groups that meet regularly to dive deeper into relationships with one another, rooted in God’s Word. Life Groups are structured into three main season-based terms – fall (September-December), winter (January-March), and spring (April-June). (Some groups meet throughout the summer, others are off.) The best times to join a group are during our promotional weekends at the beginning of each term. But you can join a group anytime, even outside of those weekends.

Below you will see a list of currently open Life Groups. Once you’ve identified which groups you’d like more information about, please submit an info request e-mail to [email protected] Please be sure to write “LG Inquiry” in the subject line, and then include your name, your contact info (e-mail address and phone number), and a list of which groups you’d like to receive more information about (referencing the leader’s name(s)) in the body of your e-mail. Within a week you should be contacted by that leader(s) who will give you more specifics about their group and answer any questions you may have.

Notes: 1. The “Service” column below is in reference to which of our services the members of that life group generally attend. At Village, we have five weekend services, three of which are located in the Sanctuary and two of which are located in the Chapel (which generally have different speakers). Once a person has chosen a service they’d like to regularly attend, oftentimes they will then opt for a life group whose members generally attend that same service (though this is not required). 2. If none of the groups listed in the chart below work for you, please feel free to send us an e-mail letting us know what type of group might work better (including info on at least the day/time, location, and demographic that would work for you). We’re always considering when and how to start new groups. Also, immediately below are some potential new groups we are currently trying to start, if enough interest is expressed. If any of these sound appealing to you, e-mail us to let us know (be sure to note that you are inquiring about a “potential new group”) and we’ll put you in touch with the potential leader of that group who will in turn let you know if/when enough interest has been expressed to set up an initial meeting. Those potential new groups are: – None at this time.
