Want to learn a new form of exercise that will not only work your body but will make you smile too? Then Zumba is for you, whether you are 18 or 80. Bring water, wear comfortable clothes and sneakers, and be willing to work, laugh and learn. This is a great opportunity to invite neighbors or friends from the community.
